All billing information that we receive from our customers is stored securely with our billing processor. We do not store credit card information locally.

Certain information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on the Site are available to us automatically (see the section on Cookies and Tracking for more information). We do not track activities outside of the Ghost Path site.

We do not log any data related to your VPN sessions.

If you do opt-in to marketing emails then we will always provide you with an easy way to unsubscribe in each marketing email that we send you.

We will never sell or rent your email address to a third-party.

Ghost Path will neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone and we will share your personal information only as described below.

Ghost Path Personnel: Ghost Path personnel and authorized consultants and/or contractors may have access to user information if necessary in the normal course of Ghost Path business.

Service Providers: Ghost Path may use third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors and email marketing platforms. We will only share the minimum amount of data needed for the third-party to perform their designated functions.

Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Ghost Path, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred.
